About the class

Yoga for Everybody is a class for you to connect with your animal body through creative, enjoyable movement inquires.  It is NOT your “typical” yoga.  This class is designed to deepen your inner connection, improve breath work, and improve overall health. No matter your experience, you're invited to be relaxed or to find edges of endurance strength and flexibility.
